Rules for Processing Personal Data in the Recruitment Process
Dear Candidate!
We care about your privacy, which is why below we present the most important information on the policy we apply in the recruitment process for the processing of your personal data. This information has been prepared with regards to the GDPR, i.e. the general data protection regulation.

Personal Data and Privacy
If you are interested in our job offers and intend to submit your application to us, you will be asked to provide us with your personal data.
Purpose of processing:
- conducting a fair recruitment process,
- enabling consideration of your application,
- if you give your consent - taking your application into account also in subsequent recruitment processes carried out by us.
Legal basis for processing:
Depending on the actions you take, these may be:
- actions taken at your request, aimed at concluding a contract with us (Article 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR),
- a legal obligation incumbent on us, in particular in the case of recruitment for positions covered by grants and reimbursements (Article 6 sec. 1 lit. c of the GDPR),
- your consent to the consideration of your candidacy in future recruitment processes - if you decide to grant it (Article 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR),
- our legitimate interest (Article 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR), consisting in the processing of data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims.
If you would like your application to also be considered by us in subsequent recruitment processes, please clearly inform us about it, e.g. by including the appropriate information together with your application documents. Such consent may take the form of, for example, the following consent clause:

Provision of data:
- in the case of data necessary to identify you and your qualifications, the provision of the data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary to consider your application,
- in the case of other data, the provision of the data is voluntary and not necessary to consider your application. However, you may decide to provide us with additional data if you consider it justified.
Consequences of not providing the data:
- in the case of data necessary to identify you and your qualifications - the inability to consider your application
Withdrawal of consent:
- at any time
The processing of data until the withdrawal of your consent remains lawful.
Processing period
We will process your data only for the period during which we have a legal basis to do so, i.e. until the moment when:
- the recruitment process for which you submitted your application is completed, or
- the legal obligation requiring us to process your data ceases to apply, or
- the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims related to the recruitment ceases, or
- you withdraw your consent to the processing of data, if it was the basis for the processing, or
- your objection to the processing of your personal data is upheld - in the case where the basis for the processing of your data was the legitimate interest of the controller.
- whichever is applicable in a particular case and whichever occurs latest.
Your rights
You have the right to request:
- access to your personal data,
- their rectification,
- erasure or
- restriction of their processing,
- the transfer of data to another controller.
And the right to:
- object at any time to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation - with regard to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (i.e. the legitimate interests pursued by the controller).

Data security
When processing your personal data, we use organisational and technical measures in accordance with applicable law.
External services / data recipients
In connection with the recruitment process, we use the services of external entities to whom your data may be transferred (solely for the purposes indicated in this document):
- Email mailbox provider *
- Office software suite provider *
- Entity providing us with hosting services
- persons cooperating with us on the basis of civil law contracts, supporting our current activities
- Relevant public authorities to the extent that we are required to provide them with the data
in the event of establishing cooperation or undertaking further actions on our part to establish cooperation, the possible recipients of your data will additionally be:
- Entity providing occupational health and safety training
- Medical entity providing preliminary medical examinations
- Accounting office
Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
In connection with the above, your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. An adequate level of protection of your data, including through the application of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by:
* the application of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, referred to in Article 46 sec. 2 lit. c of the GDPR.
